Submissions and "Original Creators"
All materials submitted to Sendings are subject to approval by Sendings and by Warp Graphics, Inc. Submissions may or may not be selected for publication. Consideration for publication will be open for up to two years for written material and three years for artwork from the date we receive your submission unless you request otherwise at the time of submission.
Your submission will be considered for one-time publication in Sendings as well as for continuing publication on the Sendings web site. You may deny permission for web or print publication by accompanying your submission with a written notice of what rights you wish to deny Sendings. Sendings does not hold any further rights for print publication and will contact you for additional rights if a paper reprint is being considered.
The creator holds all other rights to their work, including but not limited to use on other web sites, printing in other publications, and sale or cash value.
Submission policy previous to January 1, 2001:
Items submitted and recieved previous to Jan. 1, 2001, but not before Jan. 1, 1999, will be considered for publication until Jan. 1, 2002. Items received before Jan. 1, 1999 will no longer be considered for publicaton after Jan. 1, 2001, unless the creator writes to Sendings requesting otherwise. Items submitted and recieved prior to Jan. 1, 2001 transfer rights for one-time, non-exclusive publication ONLY to Sendings, and further rights of any kind are held by the original creator. Any content from Sendings prior to Jan. 1, 2001 published also on this web site is published with the consent of the creator(s).
