Okay so like I have NEVER done this before but I got SUCH a kick out of the elf'ed images there that I just *had* to try my hand at it too! LOL!
So I took the same image you used to play with and then fiddled with it real quick like to see if I could elf her up a bit, and this is what I did with a half hour of PSing:

I wasn't as creative as you - the headdress was beyond me today and I think that helps to "Winnify" her - but it was fun to try! hehe!

On mine, all I see are the errors in shading, and scale, lol!
I totally edited her facial structure - pointed her chin a tiny bit and her jawline more sloping, and dickered with her nose a bit and then I mucked with the shape of her lips cuz Winnie has dainty ones.
I think if she had a headdress, it would look a lot better. That was a lot of fun though. I'm eyeing Charelize Theron now and wondering ... Dewshine or Joyleaf?
Or maybe a brunette?

If this thread is about possible homages and hints to Elfquest in other movies, I noticed that "Season of the Witch" had once scene that reminded me of the mutated animals in "Wild Hunt", and a scene at the end that reminded me of a secondary Elfquest character. No spoilers here.
