Q. From Thitida-No-Chey - Who gets to decide on the score/soundtrack of the movie and in which part of the movie-making process will this happen? And do any of you have any favorites for doing the soundtrack?
A. The score for any film typically gets handled in the final third of the film-making process. After what's called pre-production (the writing, casting, preparing and money-gathering part) and principle photography (the part where you, you know, shoot the film) comes post-production. That's where the editing takes place, both picture and sound, as well as the scoring. There are plenty of composers out there whom I love (Alexendre Desplat, James Horner, John Willams to name three) but I'm partial to my guy, Theodore Shapiro. Immensely talented. Gifted, really. But there's a LONG way to go before I give Teddy a call and say, "Hey, Teddy — let me ask you something: how to you feel about elves?"

ill be very happy if it is orchestra style music , as im dont care much for rock music or anyother kinda modern music in fantasy films, i wanna feel that the music i hear durring the film could have really come from the world of two moons.
Hey i think Enya or celtic woman or Clanad would be great Secret Garden comes to mind they all would be great !!!!!!!
I think that Corvus Corax and Corona Borealis would fit wonderfuly in some parts of the film!
Hmm, I wouldn't mind hearing some Hanz Zimmer, but that may just be me.
I was thinking of Jon Anderson and Vangelis.
Have you checked out anything by Kitaro? He does absolutely beautiful symphony work. Most of his stuff would be perfect for a movie like this. Oasis from his Ki album would fit great.
Guys...

This song makes me think of two things- a weekend in the Sequoias... and Elfquest.
It's sweet and simple. I think it would be nice to play toward the end of the credits
Have you ever...
Have you ever wandered lonely through the woods?
Everything there feels just like it should
You're part of a life there, part of something good
If you've ever wandered lonely through the woods..
Have you ever stared into a starry sky?
Lying on your back, you're asking why?
What's the purpose, I wonder who am I?
If you've ever stared into a starry sky....
Have you ever been out walking in the snow?
Trying to get back where you were before?
You always end up not knowing where to go...
If you've ever been out walking in the snow...
If you've ever been out walking you would know.

"Honey badger don't care..."
I'm not partial to anyone. I just hope it fits the picture. I've seen movies in which the song being played was entirely out of sync with the sceney, costumes and activity.

Time for the Trolls to take over!
After watching some music vids with the old Elfquest songs I came to think of something which would be really cool:
Incorporating those songs into the movie!
I know it's probably not possible but Pwettyyyyy pweeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaseeeeeeeeeeeee
