Hi Elfquesters! Elfmom here: Working on the layout for the official cover of "Elfquest - The Final Quest Volume One" today. Can only show you a small detail but, as you can see, the young Djun and the aged Lehrigen definitely figure in.

I think that girl on the side is Ember, Look like she may start with the end of Recognition! Maybe that is why cutter freaks out!?!

OOOOOOH! I bet they recognize and the djun takes her before they answer the call! I thought he was dead already.... *goes to read it again*.... Nope! not dead! i'll bet he helps save ember and Kirm forgives him for killing Kahvi!....Well maybe... I can't wait!!!!! AYOOOA!

FireStar, I believe the Ember and Strongbow pix are from a special Commission series that Elfmom started a few years back. I think permission from the original commissioner(s) needed to be granted before any of the series could be posted here. I'm not sure if that prohibition is still in effect, but if you're the one who commissioned those pieces, I guess the point is moot.

I love the new pics. Up that looks like Ember and Strongbow looks fantastic.

@ Multi, I wasn't......*looks around with fright* I don't remember who had them! I was looking through the photos/art tab at the top of the screen....... Well....... I shall search and find the owner!

On another note Ember looks so cute trying out her chiefslock!

Elfmom and Pop used to have a page setup in the Art section of the main EQ site that had the whole series posted there for reference. But that page has long since been lost in all the site updates. I think there might still be a thread in EQ Fanart and Fiction of all the people who commissioned pieces.

I just went and re-found them and went to the profile of the people who posted them.. I just let them know that i posted them here and asked if it is OK, If it isn't i will delete them but i don't think they will care. This thread is a place where we post Wendy's art (and every now and the sonny's) So that everybody can see it and love it. so why not?

Who is the sonny?

Sonny Strait. He is a comics artist, voice artist, friends and former "trainee" of Wendy, who contributed to EQ.
He has also published his own comic book called We Shadows. It is intended as a humoristic and oniric sequel to Shakespeare's Midsummer Night Dream.

@ Trollbabe and Minouche, LOL Trainee! That is Wendy's brother, Or Elfbro.
