Something happened

Okay this is not related to Elfquest this is totally different well its kinda related because something happened on my computer and I need help here is the story ok so I was on my computer and I tried to log in to Elfquest on firefox and there was no bugs I checked and I typed my username and password and clicked sign in and it said Cross site forgery request (CSFR) detected. Please note all such attempts are logged. What does this mean please help me I don't know what to do.

I get that message if my net connection goes down and I go to reconnect my internet and then send a post (or whatever) from the old window.

not sure what that means i always use Google chrome. I will ask my hubby when he gets home he will surly know.
