Interesting choice for Zhantee's bauble I wouldn't have thought of such cold colours in connection with him.

I'm not sure whether I remember right, faeriegirl. While making Zhantee's ball I had a quote (of Cutter?) in mind: Du bist ein Glücksbringer! (You are a "lucky charm"!) ... finding this ball was perfect. And when my memory cheats me he's still the shield - makes the clover fitting as well. And I've actually envisioned the Palace calling for him ...

for Wolfie too. Somewhere I've seen the beast called "Lord of the Shapechanged" ... no idea whether it was a quote from the comics or a fan made name. A bit long for use - that's why he's LotSch for me now XD

I've tried various "normal" balls for him, Watershaper - all turned out boring ... uninspired.
The clover was unique, lacking a background, tho. Again I tried several possibilities ... one was a yellow-golden sunray structure - very Sunvillager. But Zhantee looked captured. Then I remembered his dream, when he is whirling free in a giant wave - and changed my point of view.
Looking at him now he's perfect for me:
His look identifies him as a Sun villager. The clover stand for his magic, for the protection he grants - and the green for his second life as a Wolfrider. He's floating in a light blue background - like in the current of his dream - foreshadowing the call of the Palace. Even the golden frame has a double meaning - after all this time he stayed a Sunvillager.
After I've got a holiday greeting from she-wolf-phoenix I had to do a bauble head for her
- the avatar was too tempting.
Sadly she hasn't found it so far, it seems ... but she will!

Anyway, Talon was his new name because he had an animal-connection with dragon-like beasts, could talk to them. Persuaded them to leave the Wolfrider forest and not be a threat to the tribe anymore.
