I don't come to this site much anymore because it is never a pleasant experience because of this. I am fairly sure that is why most of the fan artists have deserted this site. In case people are wondering, yes, there is a 2012 Fan Art Calendar contest in full swing right now, but I am not posting it here at the Scroll in protest.
Please fix this! The "report" button does nothing! Messaging the offenders does nothing!

That's really gross. I think it's time for public shaming when this happens. Callt hem out on it. Call them out.

It SUCKS that these bad apples are stopping people from posting/contributing/sharing their work.
