On a back of oregano:
"oregano is used in Italian inspired dished... or where oregano taste is desired!"
Oh... really?

And here I've been trying to make oregano taste with vanilla, anise, and peanut butter!

Saying there are obstacles will get you nowhere; do what you can at the time.
I swear, whenever Richard Hammond says 'Lillehammer' it sounds like'Lillyhammer.'

What makes it even better is that there is a TV series actually named 'Lilyhammer' (Here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1958961/), and is (supposed to be) filmed in Lillehammer

@ Embala: Good one!
I love Japan Today rather for its smart and witty readers than for its news content:
From a report on bear sightings up north:
JT: The bear, about 1.5 meters long, was spotted by a bus driver in a bus depot parking area in Makomanai-minamimachi 3-chome at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, NTV reported. Then a taxi driver reported seeing a bear at 12:30 a.m. in Makomanai-kamimachi 5-chome.
User Nessie: Missed the bus, missed the taxi...guess it'll have to walk.

From the Elfquest Wikipedia page:
Gull (deceased) only mentioned, gender unknown. He was one of the elves who sailed off Crest Point with Zephyr and were killed by humans.

I recently saw Prometheus and every single line Ridley Scott says in his commentary should basically be in this post.
But said commentary is so disjointed and random that it would take me 3 days to write it down.

Looking through Christmas catalogs and saw a shirt that says:
The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on my list.

Goodness, I'd want one.

Watched a video earlier about Historical misconceptions which, amongst other things, talked about how a vomitorium wasn't a place where people could go vomit, but rather a fast exit/entrance system for stadions. This included this lovely line:
"The people are spewed forward, not the content of the people!"
