Plans To Visit Dragon Con This Year?

Is there a chance that the Pini couple have any plans to visit us on the east coast of the USA with a booth or their presence at this convention this year?

I am going to my first con ever at the age of 24, and would love to know if one of my favorite comic book story makers plan to be here or not. :]

Right now we don't have plans to do Dragon Con. It's coming up way too fast, and if you've been following the news of Comic-Con in San Diego, you know that on the last day of that show, Wendy took a bad spill and broke her left art. She's going to be healing for at least another 6 weeks. We'd been to Dragon Con years ago, and enjoyed it, but have heard that it's lately following in Comic-Con's footsteps and becoming a huge, multi-tentacled show. We tend to shy away from those these days, favoring smaller, friendlier conventions (like WonderCon, in San Francisco).

We're willing to take suggestions, though. Just keep in mind that we have to consider both time and expenses. Especially Wendy, as she's gearing up for "Final Quest" which will take at least 3-4 years.

A pity it would be a conflict of interest, otherwise you could bunk at succession of American EQ fans' homes while on the road or at the convention.

Somehow "conflict of interest" doesn't begin to encompass the strangeness that might ensue with such a plan!
