Ooh, I can answer that one.
Many designated laugh-at-me characters, especially when "the fat one" or "the geek" or some such tired stereotype sums them up adequately... the boy tinker duo from the Tinker Bell movies come to mind right now (and I'm not too ashamed to say I loved the films). I'm overtired and don't remember anyone's names. And many of Disney's "funny animal" companions. I may be too old for this. Captain Caveman and Space Ghost, while we're at it. And that disgusting baboon.
All of the Bajoran clergyfolk... not just the sanctimonious scheming creep played by Nurse Ratchet. What is their religion even about, except "look dignified and worship the prophets"? They're so boring.
