She looks disturbing ... and deranged. It's the hair hanging over the eyes ... and the twigs sticking in the unkempt hair. Being "enclosed" by trees adds to the eerie mood. Who is she?

All that comes in mind is Arehe's first Recognized. But thet was on the cliffs, not in the woods, right?

You're spot on Embala. That is indeed her.

It was. This picture inspired by a scene in Destinysgift'f fic where Arehe is seeing things while he and Shadowtree is walking though the woods. She starts showing up in the shadows.
