I only have three of them so far, but I love the stories about Freefoot, Tanner, and Goodtree. The earliest ones kind of bore me a bit- not all of them, but most of them. I think it's because the cast is almost completely unknown characters at that point.
I haven't finished the third, the fourth and not read any in Dark Hours I'm afraid. My favorites are those about Rahnee and Two-Spear. And I don't like those about Skyfire, I find them rather disappointing.

Feels like it has a kinda 'slow and heavy' feel to them.
