I would make communication with cubs extremely hard. An the cubs might even get traumatized. Don't think Strongbow would go so far anyway. Sending is perfect for him - he doesn't seem to proselytize, tho. Even Moonshade is talking.

Dewshine is the one who frees Petalwing who was imprisoned in Tyldak's chambers under Winnowill's orders. Realistically, any wolfrider would have done the same, so it's kind of a trick question if you think about it.
