He seems like he does things that aren't the best idea. Like letting Aroree into the holt and then when everyone else is trying to save Windkin and Dewshine he runs off with her. I just didn't think he was thinking too much during that time. Though he does better after that in SABM.

I liked that he stopped playing sidekick to Cutter for brief while, and began taking independent action. That said, he made some snap decisions that had some really bad repercussions... Yeah, I kinda think Skywise was working through some issues in 'Seige'... He took a huge risk with Aroree and she really double crossed him- again. I voted no, but it was really meh. At least he didn't whine constantly like he did in Ember's tribe. I know whining's a sign of intelligence, and I didn't really mind it in Wolfshadow because he blamed himself rather than taking it out on say Teir, whom he should have had sympathy for.
